This is what I like to see. Girardi blows his stack, gets tossed, and the Yankees, his loyal soldiers, respond. I've blogged about this before, and this isn't the first time that the team has responded emphatically to Girardi's explosive temper. In the end it means the Yankees can and will elevate their play when they feel the stakes are higher. It's a promising sign.
